Contains information related to access to lethal means, previous suicide threats or attempts, co-occurring depression, and co-occurring drug or alcohol abuse.

59% of domestic violence victims are killed by firearms. 37% of perpetrators had a known history of suicide threats or attempts. 34% of perpetrators had a known history of depression. 52% of perpetrators had a known history of alcohol or drug abuse.
